When it comes to travel quite often those extra costs mount up, which can be really frustrating when you least expect them so check out these gadgets which could potentially save you a lot of cash.
1. – Inflatable Lounger
Perfect for those beaches where you have to pay for loungers, and they can be really quite expensive if you are hitting the beach for the day. Inflate your own lounger so you can still be comfortable and can save your money for shopping, eating and a few cocktails.
2. – Digital luggage Scale
I can say this from the bottom of my heart, you will never get over being told that you are required to pay £280 on-the-spot or decamp the majority of your luggage. Even 1kg will cost you big time on most airlines so a luggage scale will definitely save you some hefty fines. You can also challenge the airline and prove them wrong in the event that their scales suggest otherwise.
3. – Travel Alarm Clock
This may not be an obvious choice of travel gadget to save you money but have you ever had a flight that leaves in the early hours of the morning and you decide to catch a few hours before you head to the airport? Yes, the panic that comes with oversleeping and missing your flight is enough to put you off a holiday for a very long time. It may also cost you a fair amount to buy a new flight so a travel alarm clock is well worth investing in.
4. – Steripen
A great travel gadget to save you money! No need to buy new bottles of water every day, get yourself a Steripen and sterilise the tap water so it is safe enough to drink. This will save you heaps of money if you are travelling with the family.
If you have any tips on top travel gadgets please let us know! I am desperate for an excuse to buy more.
