Ibiza with Kids

If your kids aren’t quite old enough for an Ibiza holiday hitting the clubs with you, it doesn’t mean Ibiza cannot be an excellent holiday destination for the family. It goes without saying the beach will be a home away from home during your holiday, all you parents need is a lethal combination of energy and bat and ball expertise. As entertaining as the beach can be, all gets get bored so why not opt for another kids activity in Ibiza to keep them occupied.

Aguamar water park. Ok, so they may be a breeding grounds for various foot related fungal infections and skimpy male swimwear but slides plus water can only result in hours of entertainment for kids. Parents out there may even enjoy themselves too. A word of warning to any mum’s out there, dress appropriately, those slides are not designed for certain bikini tops and waiting for one to follow you down the slide is really quite horrifying.

Crazy Golf – a total kids favourite. There is no child out there, no matter how old, that does not want to enjoy their dad getting more and more stressed as that little ball keeps avoiding the hole. There really is nothing more amusing than a person who is poor at crazy golf.

Boat trips for dolphin spotting. “Whoever spots a dolphin first gets an ice cream” will give you a good half hour of quiet time, and there really is nothing like the feeling of spotting your first wild dolphin making it a holiday for your kids to always remember.

Babysitter – this is not necessarily a recommendation but should you fancy busting some moves in one of the clubs one night, or feel a little worse for wear (nothing quite like a hangover vs attention seeking child) Ibiza has babysitter’s galore to do the entertaining for you.

So whether a big kid or a small one, Ibiza holidays can easily give you everything you need this summer and if you have visited Ibiza with your kids and have any words of advice or top tips we would love to hear from you.
